1. Do I have to sign a
contract?
No. We rely on the quality of our service and results to
keep clients coming
back.
2. How much work will you do on my account?
We will make at least two major changes to your account each
week.
If your account is new to us, after the first week of statistics,
we make at least four
major changes to boost
the success of your
AdWords account.
3. What would you do to my account?
When a client comes to us for AdWords Set-Up or AdWords Optimisation,
we usually get started
with the account on
the next working day.
For an existing account, we first send conversion tracking,
click fraud tracking
and Google Analytics
scripts. Then we look
at the structure of
the account - the
number and quality
of keywords, Ad Groups,
campaigns, negative
keywords, and how many
adverts per Ad Group there
are.
Then we go about researching new keywords, sorting out the
structure and writing
new adverts.
Once the new account is up and running we would send weekly
reports which clearly
explain results in
the last week, changes
made in the last week,
and changes that we
will be making in the
coming week.
Optimisation is not obligatory but it is definately recommended
because PPC set-up
is unique for every
client and although
there are rules and
skills, there are a
lot of things which
are just trial and
improvement.
4. What budget do I need?
We try not to enter into budget decisions. There is no minimum
required budget to
join us. Our current
clients spend between
£3 and £2,200 per day on AdWords clicks and our job is to
manage that spend effectively - period.
5. Why shouldn't I just
manage my own AdWords
account?
Most of our clients came to us because they felt they were
“wasting money on AdWords”.
The fact is that anyone can put together a couple of keywords
and an advert, but the main aim of AdWords is to only get
clicks from people that are interested and ready to buy your
products or services, and that is something that is a lot
harder to do.
6. What's the benefit of signing up
with Advertise Ltd
rather than other companies?
We started our company because we felt that the needs of
small to medium sized companies weren't being met firstly
there were large minimum budgets as a requirement to sign
up with professional AdWords companies.
Our
aim is the same as the benefit of joining
us.
We focus on helping
smaller companies increase
their Return On Investment.
This means that smaller
companies can now benefit
from highly talented and experienced AdWords Professionals.
We not only aim to increase ROI using
AdWords, we also give
free website advice
with the help of tools
such as Google Analytics.
For companies that do have a larger budget,
another advantage is
that we don't charge
based on percentage
of budget.
7. How many
sales do you guarantee
that I'll make if I
sign up?
Not even Google can guarantee the amount of sales that you
will get because this
is dependant on factors outside of our control such as your
website content and design, your sales staff, etc.
8. Can you
also manage my Microsoft
and Yahoo PPC accounts?
Yes, we also have the capabilities to set-up and optimise
Microsoft adCenter & Yahoo Search Marketing accounts.
9. How do I get started?
If you'd like to get started, firstly complete the order
form and we will get
started on your account
within 24 hours. Once
we're started, it will
take 48 hours for you to receive a list of keywords and in
most cases, accounts will be ready to launch within 3 working
days of the start date.
10. How many keywords and adverts
will you use?
We can usually find over 2,000 keywords, sometimes over 20,000.
We will split these
into highly relevant AdGroups so that each advert that shows
is relevant to the keyword being used. This will ensure high
Click Through and Conversion rates. Each AdGroup will have
2-5 expertly written adverts so that we can test advert copy.
11. How long does it take to set up an
AdWords account?
Account set-up should take no longer than 3 working days
from the word go.
12. How
do I find my AdWords
ID?
We will need your AdWords ID number in order to manage or
look at your account.
This is a 10 digit number which is located at the top right
once you've logged into your AdWords account – it looks something
like this: 123-456-7890.
13. Will you be able to see any personal
information with my
AdWords ID number?
No, the most we can see are the last 4 digits of your credit
card number.
14. Why can't
I just give you my
login details?
We wouldn't recommend doing this, not because we personally
would do something
funky, but others might and you just shouldn't give this out
willy nilly. It's not exactly like giving out your pin number
but close enough. It's much better to grant access by giving
your AdWords ID to a qualified AdWords agency and then you
can terminate their access whenever you want.
15. What are your
fees?
We don't charge based on a percentage of monthly spend for
AdWords optimisation,
instead we charge fixed
fees depending on the amount of hours an account needs per
month. We charge more in the first month because we do a lot
of work to get it up to standard fast and then we charge a
fixed fee. Fees for month 1 start from £350, and management
fees start from £125 per month.
16. When do
I have to pay?
Payments are to be made before we start work. You can pay
by bank transfer to
make the process faster.
